Why should you trust me?
I’m a certified Personal Trainer with ELAV, one of the biggest schools in Italy, whose certifications are recognized at European level by EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals).
I also studied Science of Exercise at University of Colorado.
Also, I made a pretty good work on myself: I’m almost 50 years old, and only 10 years ago I was in terrible shape: overweight, with many health problems such as poor digestion, insomnia, muscle pains… now, I’m in the best shape of my life and many of my age markers point towards a person in his 20s or 30s.
How does it work?
1. we get to know each other
As all my suggestions (workouts, daily activities, nutrition etc…) will be highly personalised, I will need to know what your targets are and what you like or don’t like.
2. we develop a first plan
Based on your current shape and targets, I will develop a plan that will include all the aspects of fitness you decide to work on: from specific workouts (running, walking, byking, gym, pilates, HIIT… you name it) to improvements in your diet; from meditation and breathing techniques to developing good habits that will help you sleep better.
3. we train together
Of course, I will teach you how to do all the exercises in the most effective and safe way. Also, we will fine tune the intensity of your training and identify your recovery days, in order to avoid overtraining and, therefore, obtaining the maximum gains in terms of performance and health.
4. after a while, we update the plan
Of course, you will get better and better, so we will update the complexity and intensity of your workouts. Maybe even target different aspects of your fitness. For example, we could prioritise aerobic ability and fat loss for 2 months, and then prioritise muscle growth and flexibility in the following period. Also, we could update your nutrition plan, or try different relaxation techniques.
5. you enjoy the results

Coaching Prices
The price depends on many factors:
– where and when we meet;
– how many times a week we meet;
– how many people participate in the lesson…
In general, it will be CHEAPER THAN FOR A GYM INSTRUCTOR, as I do not need to pay a commission to my employer.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a 46 years old man who feels and looks like he’s in his 20s. I have amazing health, vitality and energy. All my agemarkers, such as blood tests and Vo2Max, point to a man in his 20s, not in his 40s. Yes, my beard is white, but I like it like that, so stop blaming me for it 🙂
Only ten years ago, I was overweight, out of shape, and suffering from various health issues. I had trouble sleeping, digesting, breathing, and relaxing. I thought I was doing okay, but I was actually aging faster than I should.
I started to research and experiment with different diets, workouts, meditations, and breathing techniques. I went back to my passions: writing, acting and painting, and that helped rekindling my mind. Then I learned about the importance of our microbiome, the trillions of microbes that live in and on us. I realized that our health is not just about our body and mind, but also about our connection with the environment. How functional we are, and how happy we are to wake up every morning, full of expectations.
And my health, as a consequence, started to improve until today, when I am in my best shape ever. Better than when I was in my 20s.
